Notice
1. A normal registration to the paper contains 5 pages only and extra pages will be charged.
2. All conference attendees must register. Personal badges will be provided for onsite participants. The registered onsite participants will receive admission to the lunch, dinner, and one conference gift.
3. For publication, each paper must be paid by one of the authors for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Additional paper needs to be paid with additional paper fee for inclusion in conference proceedings.
4. If someone has several papers to register, to enjoy additional paper discount, he/she needs to be the first author of those papers.
5. Student fee is ONLY applicable for student who is the FIRST author of the paper.
6. Presenter includes admission to the conference presentation, lunch, dinner, and one conference gift.
Camera-ready Guidelines for Authors
1. Check carefully your submission information in the Camera Ready. The information will be used to automatically generate the table of contents of the proceedings, the author's index, the book of abstracts and the final program of the conference.
2. Format the paper as per the template accordingly.
3. Sign copyright form when you received from IEEE.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
60 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund.
30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund.
Within 20 days ahead of the conference: no refund.
